From flight

Once more she watched him fly about doing his aerial acrobatics and once more, if a dragon could smile, she would have been doing as such. He ended up where he had begun, right above her, she could feel him over her and each time he moved outward as well as inward, as if she watched him, but not with her eyes, she began to rise the moment he would then fall the moment he would come close again.
“Well of course you’ve been flying for your eternity, perhaps so much as I have.” S he began as they move about in the air as though they were riding over a bump filled ski slope as she turned then around and headed back towards the Demon Realm once more.
A snort came from her after he had asked how long it had been since she had taken this form and with it another blast of fire to light the night in an orange and red glow for miles around.
“You know, I don’t think that I have taken this form in over a hundred years now.” She replied as she began her decent towards the twisting paths before her Tower.
The ground below was coming up fast, miles past her great form as f they were not but inches and then, just as she was not more than 30 feet from the ground, she flattened out at first simply slowing but then, as she shimmered and her gigantic form began to melt away, stopped altogether.
As she paused in-between forms, nothing but a mass of dark shadow, twisted into the form of a female, she laughed and then took solid form once more in half human, wings extended and slowly floated back to the charred soil of the hellish realm.
“Home sweet home.” She commented and laughed again. “Well, that was fun, shall we?” She looked up and asked, as she turned to the tower not more than a few hundred yards from where she stood.

He watched for a moment as she stopped in mid flight. He had lagged a small bit behind her since the beginning of the return flight and as she stopped so did he. The pulsing in his armor sped up and thus even her shifting shape stopped shifting. This armor was the manifestation of what he took. What was now his. She wouldn't see it he knew, she would not even know where he'd gone until he released time again. The armor seeming to live itself it drew power from his body. He was not the Father and though Immortal in his own right could not sustain the use of the power unless his armor was fully charged. His body would only be able to sustain it if his armor were fully charged. When the viens pump blood as black as night through the armor of glowing hate, taking the holy radiance that he would ever emit as his curse and charging like a solar panel at noon. If he took off the armor or stopped its charge he would blind most anything in this place.
As she looked up to the tower, "Are you going to stand there all day?" He called out to her inside her mind. He never did like telepathy and rarely used it, but it seemed rather pathetic to him to yell out to her from several yards away like a human. His armor still pulsing and its own seeming blood flowing as it was before. He had not used the most that this piece of protection would offer. Not yet and hopefully not ever. That would mean total annihilation. And a little trick like time although hard to accomplish is simple to stop when you hold a piece this power as your own.
He was folding his wings as he waited for her to reach him and waited for her to invite him in before he would ever that house.

Kasdeya didn’t question or even look surprised that he was ahead of her she simply walked, as slow as she felt up the hundred yards, taking her sweet time with a curious smile on her lips, curios not of how he did it, but rather curious as there was something behind that smile that she would never tell.
“Yes, well I could take all night, should I feel like it, but where would be the fun in that?’ She winked at him as she passed him and the huge double doors opened up before them to reveal the entrance hall to her home.
What met their eyes was a long hallway lined with golden picture frames of some of the most pleasing images to the eyes of the beholder. It didn’t matter what it was, the images would depict what the seer wanted to see, be it pleasing or not. They were never the same for any two viewers. The floor, despite the tales of gruesome stories, was white marble, lined and etched with intricate designs of onyx and shined as if they had been freshly polished just moments before. There were eyes on them, literally millions, ranging from simple fire sprites to powerful demons from hell. Each power could be felt as nothing was hidden in the tower, all was seen, all was known, as there were no lies here. That was, unless you wished to stay hidden, but then if you did, then all knew that too.
As they walked, their feet made no sound, there was no sound at all in the hall, nothing shifting, nothing moving or screaming, nothing, not a single sound at all seemed to echo through the vast walk with its vaulted ceiling and hundreds of doors leading from the bright entryway. Then, all at once, the noises turned on, like a tidal wave coming from the ocean in a massive storm, it came. Millions of voices sounding at once but soon, and just as suddenly as it started, it silenced again, though now, simply to that of hushed whispers or conversations far away.
Kasdeya rolled her eyes and then gave a little chuckle. “It’s their way of greeting us.” She told him. Just as she finished speaking a line of fire seemed to snake its way to them, twisting and moving rapidly up the Queens legs to her waist and around her neck, totally consuming her for an instant before it broke apart and she was literally crawling with fire sprites which chattered and hissed in her ear, tiny sounds of what might have been laughter echoing and reverberating through the massive hall. Kasdeya said a few quiet words in the language of the sprites and then they whisked themselves away just the way they came, twisting down her form in a perfect line and snaked back down the hall and out of site. “They on the other hand, have a totally different way of greeting me.” S he mused with a fond smile on her lips as she watched them retreat. It was no secret that the Demon Queen quite enjoyed the company of the tiny creatures.
She turned and looked at Demitri then shook her head. “Well, welcome to my home.” She said, and then shook her head slowly. “IT can be quite amusing, once you get used to it.” She told him and then turning to her left, she began walking towards a dark red door. “Coming?” She inquired, turning her head to look at him as she walked away from him.

He was looking at the ground slightly as he came up on the double doors. "Coming?" He heard the gorgeous creature in front of him ask. He meant to issue a reply, but he just...looked up too soon. "Not until I see..." He stammered, almost got it all out when what was inside hit him, and his jaw dropped. He staggered inside looking around, still sort of shocked. He knew of course that she might have been shocked to see his place, but probably not as dramatic about it.
He shrugged it off and changed form back his human crow. In that form he did look like a human crow what with those huge black wings and small frame, ya definately. He needed to get out of this place and soon too. Not that he was in a hurry to leave this castle, just that he needed to get out of hell. It had been quite a while. Eh, back to the question at hand. "You know aside from blank picture frames," he saw them as they were, but wasn't quite sure they worked, "and the sprites, of course, your place and mine have alot in common material wise. I used alot of the red granite from the crags for highlights, but... Wow! Nice."
He caught up to her then and put his arm bout her shoulders and walked with her as she lead him through the halls of her home, all the while taking in the sites of this place and jabbering like an idiot, what better to make a nice evening complete than a jabbering idiot? Demitri smiled to himself as that thought crossed his mind and continued doing just that.

Kasdeya allowed him the time to collect himself and made no comment as to his stunned reaction. She had not expected it of him, and found it rather, adorable. She looked up at him as he once more put his arm about her shoulder but said nothing as the huge red door opened up before them, leading them into yet another series of hallways, these ones jutting every which way, turning left right even in angles. She allowed him to continue yammering on and on for a bit before she commented about the blank pictures.
“Yes, I had figured you would see them for what they are, it is sometimes interesting to find out what creatures most deepest desires are, or worst nightmares, it all depends on what they are here for, what they see.” She told him with a wink as they turned at a right angel and headed down a small hallway, with but a few doors leading to it and very dimly lit, but what, it wasn’t seen.
They made their way to an average sized onyx door with golden handle and a set of gruesome gargoyles seated on either side, each one eyeing the couple as they neared.
“õðáêïýù ôõöëÜ. Äåßôå åðßóçò!” She growled and the Gargoyles eyes closed and the rhythmic sound of their sleeping filled the quiet hall.
The Onyx door opened and she lead him into the room beyond.
“And, welcome to the Queen’s chambers.” She said as she looked up at him once more.
They stood in what would be a quiet and most comfortable living space with a small fire cracking happily in a hearth, a couch that faced the fire and a few reclining chairs all in deep greens and wine colors. The decorations where mild as well, almost like you would see in any Human abode.
“I will be back in a few, please, make yourself at home.” She told him and then after unlatching herself from under his arm, she strode out of th eorom and through yet another door on the far side.

She likes me, but I'd rather her not have a wrong idea of what I am. I feel like a total yutz right now. Well time to go be serious again. Thinking all this was depressing him as he sat and waited after watching her walk out. He didn't even sit in a chair, he sat cross legged on the floor his wings folded around him, eyes closed. Where once black orbs drew in surrounding light, his now closed lids emitted a soft light it seemed in contrast. In this form his skin was pale but not that pale.
He basked in the warmth of the fire, in his own thoughts of evil, wicked deeds. Reflecting on his past, as he did daily wondering if he would regret betraying is God. He never did, he soon found himself lost in memories of plagues and rains of fire from the sky. He liked them way too much. Not fond of hurting, and tormenting anything in any way besides the dramatic and extraordinary. He began to wonder where she had gone, and how long she had been out, or for that matter, how long he had been out.
He opened his eyes and looked about, upon seeing nothing but her furniture in her room as she left it, and not feeling any other being here with him he closed his eyes again, and this time began an alert meditation just so he would know when she returned and that he wasn't wasting her time by being stuck in his own dreams while she waited.

Not too long after he began his second meditation, the door opene dup form across the room and Kasdeya walked in, her aura was a bit refreshed though seemed darker than before, as if she had been angered in the recent few hours she’d been gone.
“Sorry to have kept you waiting, it took a bit longer than I had thought.” She said as her feet moved silently across the plush carpet of her sitting room.
“I hope you did not allow yourself to become too bored, but hten, if you have…” She smiled down ass she looked at him sitting there. “We are about to go make it a lot less so, if you still wish, that is.” She told him in dark, evil and seductive tones.

He opened his eyes as she came across the room closer to him and smiled to himself. Being what he was he was never too bored by himself. He could sense her aura, and her demeanorbefore she ever entered the room, it preceeded her like the fireball preceeded the sounds of the explosion.
As she neared him with her request, he felt suddenly aroused, and knowing there wasn't much he could do, he decided to do what he could. He stood up and made his way to her. Coming up in front of her he smiled and grabbed her thin waist taking her to his bed. Of course he would never attempt to take what she could not give, at least not from her. So he would give to her instead. The Angel tossed her onto her bed and jumped on top of her, pinning her down. "Before we go have fun, I have something for you." His voice became somewhat sinister as he rolled her rather firmly over onto her stomach and pulled the top of her dress down off her shoulders, things like that always got in the way.
Demitri thought of himself as a rather decent being...sometimes. And he did hope that she would enjoy this. He knew he would, and his warm hands gripped her shoulders as he began kneading her half human flesh. Her neck and her back all the same. Sometimes digging in his claw like nails just a little added spice. "Sometimes, you should relax. An objective mind is always better for creative destructive. So I figured I would give you this small gift, and maybe even a free pass for another one if you ever decided to come visit me."
He grinned as he worked out the last of her tension. Even the relic he was of his old self knew she would never stay this way too long, but it was something he hadn't the chance to do in a while. He kissed the back of her neck and pulled her gown back up gently as he rolled off her back and sat on the edge of her bed. "I hope that that helped a little bit. Now, where are we off to," Demitri grinned quite mischieviously.

Kasdeya at first tensed, but instead of throwing him half way to Ever Night, she allowed him to toss her about like a rag doll onto her bed and flip her over, she would see what his amusements were about, and the moment his hands began to work on her tense muscles, she rolled her eyes and dirked into the pillow. Each time his nails pressed into her skin she moaned slightly then took a deep breath; he was teasing her as well as he was ‘helping’ her. And she knew he knew it.
Once rolled over she laid there staring at the ceiling for a moment before turning her head to look over at him. “Very well, and thanks, that was…..” She regarded him for a moment. “Nice.” She stated as she sat up then slid her feet over the side of the bed now sitting next to him.
She was quiet for a moment, and soon, that pleased look faded from her face to be replaced with a much darker one and she gave a most sinister grin.
“It would seem, I have a few traitors in my midst.” She started and then chuckled slightly. “Demons afraid of one Arch Duke who needs to learn his place.” She continued. “I am not wanting to go after him, as of yet, I will deal with the foul beast when the time arises, but…” She continued, her voice calm and dark. “A few dozen demons need to be made example of, would you be so kind as to accompany me to their lair for a bit of…” She looked out over her room and then back to him. “Lesson giving?” She finished, the evil grin on her lips very fitting her position. “Afterwards, we could go to earth realm and play a bit, if you have time.” She stated with an equally evil smirk to match the afore grin.

Traitors he wondered. Aren't we all traitors to someone. He let out a deep breath slowly and let himself fall back into himself. It is true traitors must be dealt with, otherwise you get overrun. "Yes," he said with his own wikked, sinister smirk, "I always have time to deal out lessons to the ungrateful."
His eyes rolled back and forth shifting colors through the spectrum as he thought, annoyed suddenly that he had wasted time somehow. He took in a small amount the air around him and chucked slightly holding out his hand to her. "Shall we go then, I am rather fond of playing." He took her hand gently and pulled her to her feet another wicked smile crossing his lips, he kissed her cheek his own hell fire burning through and burning her face slightly as he kissed her. Not that it mattered she would hardly feel it anyway, the burning that is.
He was rather excited about this, she would either find annoying or not at all. His existence was rather boring most days so this would be a much needed adventure. He grinned desperately evil as he stood back up to his full human height and waited for her to lead on.

Kasdeya took his offered hand up, placing hers inside his and standing with a pleased grin once more to grace her lips. “Then let us go have a bit of fun.” She laughed as she continued to hold onto his hand and then led him from her room and back into the hallway.
“áöõðíßæù/îõðíþ ôç öñïõñÜ. Äåßôå åðßóçò” She muttered as they walked down the hall. The two Gargoyles at either side of her room once more took up watch, green eyes peering through the hall, their great jaws opened in a yawn, in unison and snapped shut, the sound reverberating through the small area like a sudden clap of thunder.
They made their way back out of the corridors and into the main hall, then once ore stood outside her Tower.

As he followed her out of the castle he remembered that if he was going to the populated realms his weapon would be needed. "Darlin, come with me to my place real fast. It should be a quick trip just need to run in and get my sword and staff. I guess you could call them....gifts from God." He laughed to himself just then, "Then we will be all set for your fun with subordinates, and for our fun later." He said all this as they exited the tower and he immediatly took wing, his smalller form taking off like a jet with his huge wings kicking up dust.
He knew she would follow him and would be able to catch up so there was no real need to wait. But, he looked back anyway to see if she was coming.

Kasdeya grinned at his comment about his playthings. She inclined her head, stretched her shoulders once more, her giant dragon-like wings ripped from her back and she followed him back into the air once more, this time spiraling upwards like a shooting ball of fire up and into the night sky.
It took her no more than a mere few moments to reach his side. She flew next to him, looked over to him once and then with a flap of her wings she drove forward and upwards, propelling herself at incredible speed into the night towards his home.
She was more than pleased to find that he was perfectly willing to ‘play’ with her, as that was exactly what this was to her, a giant game. The renegade Duke of Hell was not but a thorn in her side that would soon find out that he was easily plucked. His actions to try and usurp her position were futile to say the most. And with Demitri at her side as a supporter, it only gave her all that much more pleasure to fend off the Dukes supporters. She, despite the way she put on, actually quite enjoyed the Dark Angels company. Certainly she still would never trust him any more than he’d trust her however, when boredom began to sit in with any of the two, she knew she could count on him to ‘play’ with her. Had circumstances been different and Kasdeya could allow herself a lover she figured it would have been Demitri before any else.

She had already made landfall by the time he got there. "You must be in a slight hurry," he said as he fell from the sky to the marble pillars on the front entrance of his home. "Very well, I will make this quick." He took off at a quickened pace in through the front doors, massive tall but easily opened opened to those welcomed, the granite of the doors mixing well with the dark iron and titanium that made up the rest of the castle exterior wall. Small veins of what appeared to be marble running here and there along the wall. Almost as if it was just risen out of the mountain top. The inside was not very lavish, however it was not cold stone. The marble floor was warm to the touch, and the fire marble and granite pillars making their way to the entrance to his parlor but they were not headed there this visit.
He grabbed her arm and pulled her to the left down a hall that was strikingly similar. Then another left, and soon a right. By the time they got to their destination the Fallen King had made so many turns, it was a surprise he would know where he was. Demitri stopped then and walked right through the door leaving her in the hall, wondering for a second if she would follow.

Kasdeya watched him land and then he took her arm, she smiled slightly and followed him into his magnificent home. She looked about, getting a feel for the place, this was the first time she’d been inside, never before had she sought to visit, she now thought that perhaps she should male it a point to visit Demitri in his lair more often, she kinda liked his place as it was much more personal than her won.
They walked through so many halls, much the same they had done in her own home, to this she found quiet amusing that both races should design their lairs in a similar fashion. When they finally stopped before a door, Demitri let go of her arm and walked through the door, she paused and waited for a few moments, wondering if she was wanted to follow, she decided that she might as well, if she wasn’t allowed, she’d simply bump against the door instead of passing, an amusing thought at most but she shrugged and then walked forward passing through the door, just as he had.
